📜 Terms of Sale – Kindness House
Booking & Payment:
Your booking is confirmed only after payment, according to the platform's conditions (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, or direct booking).
For direct bookings, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations follow the terms shown at the time of booking (e.g. flexible, non-refundable, etc.).
In case of no-show without notice, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Changes to Reservation:
Any changes (dates, number of guests) must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival, and are subject to availability.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out: by 10:30 AM
Late check-out is not guaranteed and must be agreed in advance.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
Compensation may be requested in case of damages.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure (natural events, technical issues, etc.).
Acceptance:
By booking, you accept these terms and the house rules.
